A transgenic vector was generated with interleukin 23 receptor (Il23r) cDNA, amplified from a T helper (Th) 17 cell pool, followed by polyadenylation signal (polyA), under control of a human CD2 promoter. This construct also contains the CD2 locus control region (LCR) to increase gene expression by preventing the down-modulation of the expressed gene. Line 2 was analyzed. (J:221933)
