A loxP and FRT flanked neo cassette were inserted into intron 15 and a loxP site was inserted into intron 28 via homologous recombination. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. Cre mediated recombination removed exons 16-28. No protein expression was detected in homozygous mice using a C-terminal antibody. (J:212261)
