A floxed neo cassette was inserted into intron 5 and an S400A mutation was inserted into exon 7 via homologous recombination. Cre mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. Mutant protein expression is similar to wild-type but activation of ERK-1/2 following LPS stimulation is blocked. (J:211623)
