According to the cassette image presented by the International Knockout Mouse Consortium this allele has a loxP site downstream of exon 7 and just upstream of exon 3 and inserted into the intron between exons 2 and 3 is one FRT site, an engrailed 2 splice acceptor sequence, an EGFP, cre/ERT2 cassette, then a Rox flanked puromycin resistance cassette.
