The targeting construct replaced the stop codon of exon 12 with an viral 2A self-processing peptide, EGFP reporter gene, a second viral 2A self-processing peptide, tamoxifen-inducible cre fusion gene (cre/ERT2) and FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette (2A-eGFP-2A-CreERT2-PGKneo). Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. (J:213957)
