The endogenous coding sequence was entirely replaced with the sequence encoding amino acids 1-446 of Drd1 and an IRES-tauGFP reporter cassette along with the self-excising ACNf selection cassette, so that this allele bicistronically expresses Drd1 and the tauGFP reporter. (J:260975)
