A targeting vector was designed to insert a loxP site upstream of exon 20 followed by a frt-flanked neomycin resistance cassette, and a second loxP site downstream of exon 20. Also, splice site 4, upstream of exon 20, was mutated to a canonical splice acceptor sequence. (J:101977)
