A transgenic vector containing the soluble chimeric dominant-negative FGFR-HFc construct, which consists of the extracellular domain of the mouse Fgfr2b gene and the heavy chain hinge and Fc domain of the mouse immunoglobulin, under control of a tetracycline operator (tetO)7/minimal cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter, was utilized in the construction of this transgenic strain. Founder lines 1.3 and 5.9 were generated, it is not known how they compare to each other. (J:101977, J:133366)
