Exon 2 was replaced with a floxed neomycin resistance cassette, stopper cassette, loxP site, human cDNA for ERG lacking the N-terminus encoding sequence, IRES, GFP and polyadenylation sequence. Cre-mediated recombination removed the selection and stopper cassettes to achieve expression of the fusion product and reporter. (J:212219)
