A neomycin resistance cassette with a 5' loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 20. An additional loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 20. Previously, it was reported that exon 3 was floxed in this strain. More recent data has now suggested that exon 20 is floxed. (J:77723)
