A 1.2 kb PCR fragment containing n-Tr20 was amplified from C57BL/6NJ genomic DNA and injected into pronuclei of C57BL/6J zygotes, thereby restoring expression of n-Tr20 in the C57BL/6J inbred, which has the n-Tr20 mutant allele. (J:211326)
