This transgene contains the promoter of the CD68 antigen gene driving expression of human B cell leukemia/lymphoma 2 (BCL2). Immunoblot analysis demonstrates expression of human BCL2 in dendritic cells (DCs) and bone-marrow derived macrophages (BMMs) of mice of this transgenic line, but not in BMMs or DCs of non-transgenic littermates.
