The 7.9 kb 3' enhancer fragment of the human LHX3 gene and a 920 bp Hsp68 minimal promoter were cloned into an EGFP-cre expression vector to generate the transgenic construct. The linearized construct was microinjected into E0.5 d C3HeB/FeJ embryos to generate founders. Founder or line numbers are not available. (J:211401)
