A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 4. An IRES, flpeERT2, polyadenylation sequence, FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette and a loxP site were inserted downstream of exon 6. Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette and left exons 4 through 6 floxed. (J:207104)
