Exons 2 through 6 were replaced with a loxP site, the cDNA fused to EGFP, an FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette, a loxP site and STOP/polyadenylation cassette. Cre-mediated recombination removed the fusion cDNA and selection cassette. (J:210870)
