The human KLK7 cDNA is under the control of the SV40 early enhancer and promoter elements. Three lines were established; 103, 107, and 1010, however only this line shows a skin phenotype. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay confirmed protein expression in skin, intestines, and lung and immunoblotting indicates that proteolytically active enzyme is produced. (J:75714)
