This allele contains an FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette and two loxP sites flanking this cassette and exon 6. Cre-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette and exon 6. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression in mouse embryonic fibroblasts. (J:205601)
