ENU mutagenesis induced a C to A point mutation at position 226 on cDNA (ENSMUST00000005678) in exon 3 and results in the amino acid substitution of Cysteine to STOP at position 18. Reduced protein expression was confirmed in peripheral blood B cells. (J:104190)
