The targeting construct introduced into the locus a floxed neomycin resistance/STOP cassette, a FLAG-tagged modified Phc cDNA with the L307R mutation (FM2), and IRES-EGFP. Cre-mediated recombination removed the selection/STOP cassette to allow for expression of the cDNA and reporter gene. (J:204987)
