Rax^{tm1.1(cre/ERT2)Sbls}

A cre/ERT2 cassette followed by an Frt-flanked PGK-neo selection marker was inserted downstream of the start ATG of the Rax gene following homologous recombination of a targeting vector in ES cells. The PGK-neo was excised from the germline by mating animals with Flp-expressing mice. (J:207455)
