Tg(Inpp5d-EGFP)DLrr

The Tg 11.5kb-GFP transgene was designed with an enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) driven by 11.5kb of the inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase D (Inpp5d) promoter, followed by a polyadenylation site. Lines A,B C and D were established, however, Line B lacks expression of the transgene. Results are primarily from Line D, although all three lines have similar in vivo expression patterns.
