An IRES-EGFP-polyadenylation sequence and floxed neomycin resistance cassette were inserted into the first exon. Cre-mediated recombination removed the neomycin resistance cassette. RT-PCR confirmed the absence of transcript expression in EGFP+ cells. (J:205660)
