A loxP site and FRT flanked pgk-neo cassette were inserted 66 bp downstream of exon 1 and an FRT3 flanked pgk-puro cassette and loxP site were inserted 93 bp upstream of exon 2. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo and puro cassettes. (J:200742)
