cDNA encoding cre/ERT2 fused with tandem dimer Tomato cDNA (tdTomato) and a human growth hormone intron and polyadenylation site was inserted into the Axin2 locus downstream of the translation initiation codon using homologous recombination in ES cells. The neo selection cassette was excised by crossing germline animals to Flp1-expressing mice. (J:204142)
