An RFP-IRES-cre cassetted was inserted in Tek genomic sequence after exon 3 so that the red fluorescent protein and the cre were expressed under the control of the Tek promoter. In addition, sequences from intron 7 to stop codon of the Tek gene were removed. (J:202955)
