An EGFP reporter gene, followed by a polyadenylation sequence, was inserted into BAC clone RP24-257P24 at the initiating ATG codon of the first coding exon of the H2-T22 gene so that EGFP expression is driven by the regulatory sequences of the BAC gene. The resulting modified BAC (BX2554) was used to generate this transgene. (J:100256)
