A stop cassette and an FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette replaced most of exon 2 and the splice donor site. Flp-mediated recombination removed the neomycin resistance cassette. RT-PCR confirmed the absence of transcript expresion in the heart, brain and lung. (J:198676)
