A mouse bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC), clone 394B7, containing the signal-regulatory protein alpha (Sirpa) gene, was modified by insertion of the tetracycline transactivator gene (tTA) sequence, such that the Sirpa promoter drives expression of the tTA. Lines A and S were generated. (J:175245)
