An FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette with a 5' loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 17. An EGFP and 3 x FLAG tag was inserted into exon 17 upstream of the stop codon. Flp-mediated recombination removed the neomycin resistance cassette. Western blot analysis confirmed the presence of the fusion protein. (J:201230)
