A floxed neomycin resistance (neo) cassette with four polyadenylation sites. Cre-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. This insertion does not affect the Dlx1 sense transcript. QRT-PCR confirmed the absence of transcript expression in the brain. (J:195139)
