The CAG promoter drives ubiquitous expression of the mouse cDNA and IRES-EGFP preceded by a floxed beta-geo cassette. Two founder lines were established. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled. Cre-mediated recombination is required to removed the beta-geo cassette and allow for over-expression of the cDNA.
