The CAG promoter drives ubiquitous expression of a fusion of human MAP2K7 containing the constitutively activating mutations aspartic acid for serine and threonine at positions 271 and 275, respectively (S271D and T275D) and MAPK8 followed by an FRT-flanked IRES sequence and EGFP gene. A floxed neomycin resistance and STOP cassette prevents expression of the fusion product until cre-mediated removal. (J:195844)
