Expression of cre recombinase is driven r5-r6 rhombomere-specific Hoxa3 enhancer and the human beta-globin minimal promoter. 38 founders were obtained, with 8 positive for cre. 2/8 showed the expected recombination pattern for the r5-6 enhancer in PO brains. (J:193244)
