Expression of cre recombinase is driven r5-posterior rhombomere-specific Hoxb3 enhancer and the human the beta-globin minimal promoter. 19 founders were obtained, with 8 positive for cre. 3/8 showed the expected recombination pattern for the r5-posterior enhancer in PO brains. (J:193244)
