RMCE on KH2 cells inserted a cassette into the 3' UTR. The cassette contains the tetracycline responsive element (tetO) driving inducible expression of a C-terminal HA-tagged Yod1) with nucleotide substitutions that result in the amino acid substitution of serine for cysteine at position 160 (C160S). This mutation is expected to produce a catalytically inactivated product. (J:194608)
