Del(11Nlrp1a-Nlrp1c-ps)1Smas

Micer plasmid MHPP282m18 was first inserted in intron 10 of Nlrp1a and Micer plasmid MHPN379g03 was then inserted in cis orientation to the first insertion about 65 kb in the telomeric direction away from Nlrp1c-ps. Transient cre expression then excised all sequence between the two loxP sites in the two insertions. This deleted the base pair region between 71,105,252 and 71,350,339 (Build 38) and removes the first 10 exons of Nlrp1a and all of Nlrp1b and Nlrp1c-ps. (J:191055)
