H2-Oa/Brd2^{Tg(otx2-lacZ)F5pImat}

The F5placZ construct contains -29 to -18 kb 5'-upstream region of the Fugu otx2 gene fused with the Fugu otx2 promoter, the lacZ gene and the SV40 polyA signal. In line F5p, insertion of the transgene resulted in a 39.9 kb deletion of H2-Oa and Brd2 (deletion from the third to last exon). (J:188139, J:193089)
