An inducible dual fluorescent protein reporter cassette (loxP-Stop-loxP-HIST1H2BB-EGFP-2A-mCherry-GPI-pA; R-GR, which stands for reporter for green-red) was inserted into the locus. HIST1H2BB provides chromatin localization. Removal of the floxed neo/stop cassette is required to obtain expression of EGFP and mCherry in the nucleus and membrane, respectively. (J:191943)
