Tbx18^{tm2.1(cre)Sev}

This is a modification of the Tbx18tm2(cre)Sev allele. Briefly, a cre sequence and FRT-flanked neo cassette were inserted into the Tbx18 gene upstream of the initiation codon to generate the initial allele, and the neo was subsequently removed by crossing the original mice to a FLP deleter strain.
