A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 24. An FRT-flanked neo cassette with a 3' loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 24. Flp-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette inserted downstream of the modified exon 24. The modified exon 24 remains floxed. (J:190157)
