Tcf21^tm1(cre)Seq

by homologous recombination in ES cells, exon 1 of the Tcf21 gene was replaced with a cassette encoding a nuclear localized cre recombinase, neomycin selection cassette and beta-actin polyadenylation sequence. One ES cell line produced chimeras that gave germline transmission of the allele. (J:189643)
