The RP23-139P21 BAC construct that contains the Tlr7, Tlr8, and Tmsb4x genes, was replaced the first 83 kb with a neomycin cassette so that Tlr7 is be the only gene expressed. Six founder lines were produced with varying insert numbers and expression levels 4 to 16 fold greater than controls. This line has an 8- to 16-fold increase in expression. (J:127600)
