The genomic sequence encoding Pcdhga1, Pcdhga2 and Pcdhga3 was replaced with a hygro cassette flanked with lox2272 sites. Cre-mediated recombination removed the hygro cassette. By deleting the 3 alpha exons, this allele is a knock-out of three A-type isoforms (TAKO). (J:188341)
