The transgene construct contained the tetracycline transactivator (tTA) coding sequence downstream of a loxP-STOP-loxP fragement. This was inserted downstream of the alpha-CamKII (Camk2a) promoter in the final construct. A founder linse 1 and 2 were established. (J:131852)
