The rat Mpz promoter was fused to the human GJB1 promoter to achieve Schwann cell-specific expression of the mouse cDNA lacking the sequence encoding amino acids 130 to 199 (the Drp2 binding site). An N-terminal FLAG tag was added to the mouse cDNA. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and or lines are pooled. (J:185953)
