The first vector contains the human lysozyme promoter driving immune-specific expression of the tet-on effector transgene with the rtTA2S*M2 variant. A second vector contains the tetracycline responsive element driving the inducible expression of the human cDNA with an HA tag. Lines 632 and 662 were generated with five (Tg632) or two (Tg662) copies of the rtTA and comparable (six to eight) copies of the HA-ELAVL1 transgenes. (J:102638)
