The deletion arose from cre-mediated recombination of ES cells containing, in cis, the MICER clone MHPN69h23 (neo cassette, flox and 5' Hprt minigene inserted upstream of Lipi) and a targeting vector that inserts a puro cassette, loxP site and 3' Hprt minigene downstream of Usp25. The deletion removed 6 genes including Lipi, Gm1745, Rbm1, Hspa1, Samsn1, Nrip1 and Usp25. (J:184302)
