This transgene expressesa constitutively active Akt1 that lacks the PH domain (Aktdelta4-129) and contains an N-terminal Src myristolation signal (myrAktdelta4-129) along with an hemagglutinin (HA) tag for monitoring expression from the rat insulin 1 promoter.
