A mouse bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC), RP23-47M2, containing the Drd1a gene, was modified by insertion of reverse tetracycline transactivator gene (rtTA) sequence, such that the Drd1a promoter drives expression of the rtTA. Founder line A was subsequently established. (J:183154)
