Cre-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette and the microRNA cluster stem loop from Mirtm1Mtm. qRT-PCR analysis confirmed the loss of the microRNA. Beta-galactosidase expression is observed in embryonic posterior trunk, and E18.5 and adult kidney. (J:181831)
